Girly look

When I woke up this morning I felt very girly. Okay, I'm a girl, so I'm supposed to. But I mean that I felt it in the way that I wanted to wear a nice skirt or dress today with a lot of nice accents. So that's why today I'm posting a very girly look. As you can see, the photos contain a lot of pink and pastel colours with things we love.

With these pieces you'll have a very sweet and femenin look, in case you feel girly like me today.

Retro sailor

 The sailor style is a style you can find on almost every brand. From very cheap ones to some more expensive like Chanel. The basic look is a t-shirt with blue and white stripes in combination with a plain touser or skirt. If you want to be a little more original, you'll wear navy blue skirts, dresses or jackets with beautiful high heels or original summer sandals. You can also ad a little touch of the look with some bracelets or earrings. Mix these pieces with some pieces that aren't navy to make your look look good, don't over do it.

This look reminds us to the sea, summer, beach, good time and fun.

Army green

 The military look is a look you'll see a lot this spring/summer. You can easily ad a khaki green shirt, skirt, trousers or a jacket to your look to make it look complete and fashionable. One of the things you'll see a lot too is masculine boots and bleached jeans. Accesorise your look with maxi handbags and if you want to look more femenin, ad a pair of platform sandals to your look.

Floral print

The first trend I'm going to analyze is the Floral Print. Well, as we know, it's one of the most worn prints this season. We can find a flower print on almost everything and that's why it's so easy to ad one of those piece to your usual closet. You can see shorts, skirts, t-shirts, dresses, jackets, accesoires, almost everything with a print like that. 
Flowers remind us to spring, to warm weather and nice things. One of these pieces can create a very cute and sweet look, so if you want to get a naughty look this isn't one of your musts.

I personally like this look a lot because you can find this print in all colours and sizes and can make your look very unique and different. It calls your attention and it's the first thing you look at. That's why it's very important to keep the rest of the outfit simple with very basic and plain pieces.

Like you can see, it seems like I don't write on this blog anymore and that I only dedicate my time on my other blog called Cose della Vita. Well, that isn't true, but I still don't know about what I can write on this one. So at the moment I decided to write a few fashion posts because it's a subject I like a lot.

Well, let's start with what fashion means to me. Being fashionable doesn't mean that you have to have the most expensive clothes with designer labels on it, no. It also doesn't mean having an huge closet or going shopping every week. Fashion is so much more than that. When you love fashion, you are conscious about the trends, you have to know which shapes, colors, fabrics and styles are coming each season. You can mix some of your old clothes with some new pieces and make it look very different. So, it's not just loving to buy shoes and clothes. But you also know what suits you and what doesn't. In my case, I know that I can't wear maxi-dresses because I don't have long legs and I would look like a dwarf, even if they're so in. Fashion is putting your own style in an outfit, just make it yours. You have to feel comfortable, and pretty at the same time. If you think you look awful even if that piece is something they told you it's the last mode, don't wear it, it's only going to make you feel insecure and it isn't worth it.
